The lost thought before i slept yesterday was to wake early by 6 AM at least and head to gym, so that i can avoid going to work late everyday. however it didn’t happen today morning, though i was half sleep from 6, my mind was playing all the game to stop me from waking up and made me sleep. finally i woke up at 7.30 AM and went to Gym. My workout today is for upperbody, and mostly happy about the workout.
Today i spoke about the fear which helped me to start this journey, do watch.
Food: Breakfast – 1 Chappati, Dal and 2 Tender Coconut, Lunch – 3 Carrot and 2 cucumber, Evening – 2 Orange, Dinner – 1/2 grilled chicken
Weight: 126.7 Kg, Difference from Yesterday – 700 grams, Difference from Day 1 – 3.5 Kg (weight is shown in video)
