Hi guys, today is one the best and energetic day of my life, started with absolute motivation and straight hit the gym and pushed myself to the best. i feel real happy and energetic. I couldn’t believe that one day of good workout and diet can change so much about how I feel.
Coming back to todays workout, today i was working out for lower body and today after gym my weight was 128.2Kg which is 2 Kg less compare to my weight just 24 hours before. i really don’t understand this pattern, probably water content from body is fleshed out. however i am happy.

Food: Breakfast – 2 Chappati and Dal, Lunch – 1 cup veg salad and 1 cup pineapple, evening – 2 Oranges and for Dinner – 2 Cup Soup and Orange
Weight: 128.2 Kg, Difference from Yesterday – 2 Kg, Difference from Day 1 – 2 Kg

Thank you very much for your comment. honestly i dont know how, but believe that its mostly water content. I generally loss 500 Grams as an average if i stick to my diet and workout, and moreover the calorie deficit i created for that day is huge compared to ny required calorie intake.

Is there a way to count the calories? How do you create a deficit. I have read that there is a need of 2000 calories per day for Woman. Is that the limit to adhere to? I usually stick to eating chapathies,brown breads and fruits and veg salads. I stumbled across your site while searching for some sites. You are doing good. I stick to Cardio workouts such as Tread mill, ECT. Planning to go for aerobics too.
You can search for calorie calculator, there are many. For myself its 2500 Per day, however presently i eat only 1000 – 1200, that to from protein, Vegetables and fruites. my body response well with protein diet than carbs. In my opinion try to reduce carbs(Brown Bread, Brown Rice, Chappati etc…) and add more protein (Eggs, Chicken, dal, protein shake etc…) and for Women the daily calorie should not be lesser than 1200. For weight loss you need to add lots of weight training, cardio alone will not do the job. even in cardio you should push yourself to higher intensity than settling in comfort zone.
