Day 4 and 5

Being Saturday and Sunday it’s a free day… No gym and No diet.

On Saturday : very lazy day I would say, had some works to complete but didn’t do any.

Food: Lunch: rice, dal, spinach, and brinjal fry. For dinner: 2 beer 650 ml, chicken tikka, tawa prawn and naan
Weight : 126.8kg
Difference in weight : +300 grams

On Sunday: yet another lazy day

Food : Branch : white pongal and coconut chutney. Lunch : Biriyani and chicken. Dinner : yet to have but decided to finish it with 3 pegs of rum and some chinese food…

Overall a lazy and relaxing weekend but very bad days with respect to diet and fitness :(

Hope to fix this from coming week.
