Day – 3

Learnt from yesterday’s delay, today I started to gym around 8 am. On the way I was listening to Tony Robbins audio book about health and internal power, which was real motivator to start the day.Reached gym in 40 mins. Today is the cardio day so i headed straight to elliptical cross trainer and I was working out listening to audio book which made my day with lots motivation and first time ever 30 mins of cardio with good intensity level I was able to do with ease. I was increasing the intensity from 1 to 11 slowly after every 2 minutes and then reduced slowly from 11 to 1 and ended the workout.

Workout: 30 mins elliptical cross trainer, burning 330 calorie
Food : 2 apple, 1 vada pav ( I know it’s not good for weight loss, however couldn’t resist the temptation) and 1 portion of chicken malai tikka
Weight : 126.5kg
Difference in weight : 500 grams
