Day – 2

Today the day started energetically, left to gym around 9 am, after our maid finished her work. There was huge traffic all the way till gym and it took 1 hour 15 minutes to reach, usually it takes max 30 minutes to reach. The lesson learnt was 9 am is a very bad time to start to gym. Anyways reached gym. Today’s workout is for leg and following is the exercise done:

10 minutes cardio
Leg extension – 4 sets – 40lb, 60lb, 70lb and 70lb
Seated leg curls – 4 sets – 50lb, 60lb, 70lb and 70lb
Seated leg press – 4 sets – 70lb, 100lb, 130lb and 160lb
Back pull down – 4 sets – 50lb, 60lb, 60lb and 60lb
Seated cable row – 3 sets – 60lb, 70lb and 80lb

Weight after workout – 127kg
Difference – 600 grams

Food : 3 orange, 1 apple, small noodle and 1 dosa
